Choose a reason for disabling your account from the drop down menu.
Enter your password.
Click “Temporarily Disable Account,” then click OK.
Deactivation with Mobile Devices
Open your Instagram application.
Go to your profile.
Tap the three horizontal bars at the top right.
Next, tap on Settings at the bottom.
Go to the Help Center.
Next, click on “Managing Your Account.”
Next, click on “Delete Your Account.”
